- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- For the Filling:
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For Topping:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Add ribeye steak, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Assemble Breadsticks: Roll out pizza dough, cut into strips, add steak filling and cheese, then seal the edges.
- Bake: Brush with garlic butter, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
