  • For the Breadsticks:
    • 1 lb pizza dough
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • For the Filling:
    • 1/2 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
    • 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Topping:
    • 2 tbsp melted butter
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling: Sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Add ribeye steak, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  • Assemble Breadsticks: Roll out pizza dough, cut into strips, add steak filling and cheese, then seal the edges.
  • Bake: Brush with garlic butter, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven for best results.
